"Ethos" represents a community of individuals who share a vision to embrace the present, release past burdens, and progress towards a more fulfilling self. Functioning as the virtual nucleus of The Forward Church Movement, "Ethos" provides a platform for individuals from diverse backgrounds to connect and explore pathways to a more meaningful life.

The Forward movement is dedicated to offering various avenues—both digital and in-person—that support individuals committed to advancing in five key areas of life: Spirituality, Relationships, Health, Finances, and Personal Development. The "Ethos" app stands at the core of this initiative, facilitating interactions in a social environment that prioritizes positivity and mutual growth, distancing itself from the negativity often found on other social media platforms.

Within the "Ethos" app, users can access the "Forward Life Calendar," which lists numerous events across Northeast Ohio aimed at enhancing specific aspects of personal development. These range from casual gatherings, such as public cookouts promoting social interaction (Relational Domain), to more structured activities like Bible Studies (Spiritual Domain) and Conflict Resolution Courses (Personal Development Domain). This community fosters real connections and genuine change among its members, creating an inclusive space where engagement is encouraged without judgment.

However, a vision devoid of actionable plans may result in stagnation. At Forward, we empower individuals to take tangible steps towards growth through what we term "The Forward Life Plan." Our "Catalysts" work with members to tailor personalized strategies for navigating their unique journeys across all five life domains. Moreover, we offer financial assistance and a dedicated Forward Life Advocate to support individuals throughout their process. All services provided by Forward are complimentary.

Originally developed by the leadership of "The Forward Church" in Cleveland, OH in 2012, the Forward Life Plan transcends traditional notions of religious practice. While many within our community identify as "believers," we strive to cultivate an atmosphere that breaks away from conventional church experiences.
